Only 1 trial pack can be sent per address in the UK and Eire, but each pack contains 2 x 48 hour patches so the offer can be used by a friend as well if you so wish. By trialing the product you agree to complete our questionnaire and return it by E Mail. The questionnaire will be sent to you by E Mail approximately 10 days after we have sent you your trial pack. We may sometimes also post a questionnaire to you. The questionnaire will only relate to Booze Buddy and your information will not be passed on to any third party. Postage and packing within the UK & Eire is free as well. For any person residing outside the UK & Eire the product is free but a charge of £1.50 will be payable for postage and packing. You must be aged 18 or over.
