Refund policy

Buy with confidence. If you purchase our patches and are not happy for any reason we will refund you the cost of one used patch (or twin pack if twin pack opened) and any others unopened, if unopened patches are returned to us within 14 days of purchase. They should be sent to Buddy Sales Ltd, 4 Long Ridge, Green Road, Saffron Walden, CB11 3BZ.

In our experience most people enjoy using the product, however, if you are not happy with anything please write to the above address or E Mail complaints@buddysales.co.uk detailing your complaint and we will investigate and reply to you promptly.
