Each Booze Buddy patch contains 75mg of Thiamine (Vitamin B1). By being in direct contact with the skin the Thiamine passes through the skin and into the blood system continuously over a period of 48 hours. It is then passed around the body. Thiamine is stored in your muscles and as it is water soluble any excess is passed out in urine and sweat. It's generally believed that an average body can only store between 20mg to 30mg of Thiamine.
